What makes framing actually significant to photography?
Well, I would say that it would enhance more the scene of the pictures.
What else?
How about, it develops better composition in your photographic skill and so as improves your way of managing your expression towards the “depth of feeling” you want to show to your picture.
One distinctive trait a photograph should have is the angle and the subject, of course. That is what I think are the most important substances to mix and put together a good shot. That is, a “good shot.”
Nevertheless, once a picture has the angle as well as the foreground and the background, it will already absolutely look better; but photographers will never be contented of “better” shots and even starting individuals would probably prefer for the best.
In my experience so far in photography, I have encountered obliviously framing. I have been using unconsciously framing even before I had this subject. One thing that I love the most in taking pictures are the background, next is the foreground and the subject, then next is the frame.
I just love taking pictures with dim shadows of the leaves of the trees, couple holding hands, barefooted and in silhouette, and a classic view of the sunset. I know it does not actually make a scene but the scenery in my mind is romantic.

Each of us has different interpretation but the most important thing to consider when taking a photograph is considering the human interest as well the emotions you want the subject to convey.
