Be the Change

Source: www.flickr.com

Yes, this photograph does have the basic component of photography, which is the rule of thirds. But this photograph does not just show the type of angle but also the situation lying deeply in this country of ours, Philippines.
How could this beautiful country of ours be ranked highly, not as a rich country but as one of the poorest countries around the globe?
To think that we have all the natural resources that we need for survival, why is it that we still do not have enough income to restrain the daily expenditures?
We cannot just blame the government alone because they are not living only for us, they also have their own lives. We are jst oneof their priorities that's why we also have to think twice before blaming anybody else of a public issue.
In order for a family. one has to work to earn and to commend to the daily needs of each member. Well, that was the trend before.
But now, it is totally different. Not just in terms of financial aspects but also of the population problem. I think the main reason why people are constantly undergoing to this kind of lifestyle is all because of their own doings.
Men keep on blaming the government, but not doing their part. Why? Should the government provide and give money to settle the debts we are having? Should the government pay for us?
I think it's our business to do these. We have to do our part as a citizen of this country. The problem of the government is a gestalt issue. It is a general issue. We must together do our thing to lessen and make a progress of this current problem of the society.
Be the change!

DARK Knight

Source: www.flickr.com

Actually, the title does not have something to do with what I really want to say in here.
Oh well, a little or so I guess.
The current exercise of our photography class deals about taking pictures in a dark room, or not actually in the dark room but something really dark using the light artistically.
Then there goes the talent (artistic) that I have not acquired during childhood, or shall I say the talent that I have not inherited from my family.
In this picture, the man is trying to be emotional. Well, it does show that he is alone and really emotional. The photo really shows the message that the photographer wants to say.
Using the light from the window, the subject (which is the man and the chair) is being focused.
A sarcastic question for this photo would be: Why not sit down on the chair?
After some time of looking at the photo, the reader would soon notice that the man wants to sit on the floor rather than to sit on the floor remarkably.
Why?
It would look more "EMO".
I don't care if I'm funny or not but that's how I guess this photo is.
Ideally, this photo is a good example of a picture that is taken in a dark room using the light to focus only the subject and the background a bit dark.
